A person who relapses; especially a person who habitually relapses into crime. (Shorter Oxford English Dictionary)
The role of the judiciary is to uphold the Law.
A Judge who, in a Court of Law, equates the intention of the Law with vandalism and acts upon that invalid equation is subverting the Law, not upholding it.
Clearly, a judge in a Court of Law who is deliberately subverting the Law is acting unlawfully.
